About Customer Support

BizInt Solutions provides customer support for the BizInt Smart Charts to all customers who have current annual licenses or support contracts.  BizInt can help you with installing BizInt Smart Charts on a new machine, solve communications and database access problems, and even help you figure out how to compose your searches.  We will respond to your calls for help, and will send you updates and information to make your use of Smart Charts more productive. Customer support includes:

  • Telephone, e-mail, and fax support
  • Upgrades - customers receive all new releases of BizInt Smart Charts at no additional charge.
  • Onsite training at no charge when we are in your area.
